Seth graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with this economics degree in 2018. He has been involved in commercial real estate from a young age since his family started investing in the Atlanta area in the 1950's. He is now in his third year at Equitable Management Corporation and specializes in contract negotiation, tenant liaison, Landlord representation and construction consulting/management.

Heather graduated from Georgia State University (GSU) with an MBA in International Business and BBA in Marketing. She was previously an Associate Partner at Invesco, served as President of both the Georgia Securities Association and the GSU EMBA Alumni Board. After running her own consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing for boutique firms, she joined Equitable Management Corporation where she specializes in leasing , contract negotiation, tenant liaison, landlord representation and film location liaison for local properties. Heather is also a member of the Leadership Sandy Springs Class of 2022.
